Aubrey Cate and her parents stayed with us the night of Carly's birthday. The girls enjoyed playing together, and they wrapped up their night with applesauce as they watched Dora.

They both started dancing to the Dora "We did it" song. Too funny.

Carly's Birthday - Round 2

We celebrated Carly's birthday at home on Saturday July 18th. We ate cake and ice cream and swam. A fun time was had by all!

Carly's Birthday - Round 1

We celebrated Carly's birthday with John's family while we were in San Antonio.

Carly really got her birthday this year. She loved to sing Happy Birthday, she loved hearing others sing to her, and she was all about the presents, cards, balloons, and cake. Oh, and ice cream. She loves ice cream.

Grandma and Grandpa bought Carly these great Mickey Mouse chairs. One for Carly, and one for a friend. She's learning to share!

San Antonio

We traveled to San Antonio on July 8 for a family vacation with John's family. It was hot, oh so hot, but we had a good time.

Holy moley, she knows how to ride! Carly's school has trikes, and she has learned there. Its too bad its stinkin' hot in Texas - too hot to spend much time outside right now.
