Four Month Stats

Carly is already 4 months old. Wow, how time flies! She giggles a lot and is always full of smiles for anyone who is willing to look her way. She's trying to roll over from her back to her tummy, but she refuses to attempt to roll over from her tummy to her back. One day she will get the hang of it. She's also trying to sit up on her own. With a little help from a well placed Boppy pillow, she can sit up for several minutes.

I'll have to upload pictures this weekend. We have several cute new ones from the last few weeks.

Carly might be starting the teething process. She has recently developed a strong love for her fingers . . .

and she'll chew on just about anything else you give her.

Carly's First Wedding

We spent this past weekend in Wichita Falls, Texas, at a friend's wedding. Carly was great all weekend. She thought the rehearsal dinner was the real party and stayed up until 11:30pm. She was happy and talking all evening! By Saturday night, she was way too tired to stay up and party again. She fell asleep around 9:30 at the reception and barely stirred when I put her to bed (including putting on her PJs) at midnight.

She was getting awfully tired at the wedding - hence the big yawn.

On Saturday afternoon, we went to the park with some of our college friends who live in the Wichita Falls area. It was great to see Trecie and her family.
